Ice Breaker
Choose from:

  • Prawn and crab tian with a citrus mayonnaise, cucumber and avocado, served on a bed of crisp lettuce (GF)
  • Leek and potato soup with blue cheese croutons (V, GF)
  • Eastern spiced chicken salad with a cooling cucumber raita (GF)
    Accompanied by a selection of breads with butter

Winter Warmer
Choose from:

  • Beef fillet wrapped in prosciutto, served with horseradish and a rich gravy (GF)
  • Roasted seabass on a bed of creamed spinach, topped with a Mediterranean vegetable concasse (GF)
  • Nut roast with cashews, peanuts, almonds and walnuts, with carrot, sweet potato, spinach, onion and West Country mature cheddar (V)

    All served with fondant potato, tender stem broccoli and thyme roasted carrots

Frosty Finish
Choose from:

  • Rich chocolate mousse on a shortbread base dressed with caramel sauce¬†
  • Tropical fruit salad with winter berry sorbet (GF)
  • British and continental cheese board with grapes, chutney, celery, biscuits and butter (GF)

    Followed by coffee and speciality teas with after-dinner petit fours to be served from the coffee station.
